We’ve been operating out of Diamond Tower for a good while now. Specifically, you can find our office at Flat No-504 in the Diamond-B wing of the building. Being situated right on Sevoke Road in Siliguri keeps us pretty busy during the day because it’s such a central spot for people traveling in from all around the Darjeeling area. Subir Das is the name usually associated with this particular space. We mostly deal with fertility and allied services, which is really just a way of saying we help folks with those specific health needs and the paperwork that comes with them. The office isn't anything fancy or over-the-top, just a practical place where we handle the day-to-day consultations and tasks. Siliguri is a fast-growing city, and we saw there was a real need for these kinds of services right here so people wouldn't have to go all the way to a bigger metro area. Sometimes the traffic outside on Sevoke Road gets pretty loud and hectic, but it’s where we are. We have a small, dedicated team here. Most of us grew up in West Bengal, so we know how things work locally. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. We just try to get the work done and talk to whoever comes through the door. It’s usually much quieter inside the flat compared to the street noise outside. We spend most of our time looking at charts and talking to families. It’s honest, down-to-earth work.
