Sristi Tutorial

Sristi Tutorial is sitting at 76B, Surendra Nath Banerjee Road, right in the heart of Entally. We are very close to the Moulali Marriage House, which is a place everyone in this part of Kolkata knows. It is a very busy street with a lot of noise from the buses and the local markets. I started this tutorial because I wanted to create a space that felt like home for students. The building is an old one, typical for this area, with thick walls and high ceilings. We have different rooms for different subjects, but nothing is overly decorated. We use plain whiteboards and simple wooden benches. It is the kind of place where you don't have to worry about being perfect. We just want the students to understand their books. I spend most of my day here, usually from early morning until late in the evening. There is always someone coming in or out. The marriage house nearby often has music playing or people gathered outside, which adds to the local flavor of the place. We don't do any big promotions or put up giant billboards. Most of our students come from the surrounding houses in Entally and Sealdah. They find out about us from their friends at school. It is a very community-focused way of doing things. We just try to be helpful and keep the environment steady for anyone who wants to learn.
