Srijan Realty Limited

Our spot is in Kasba at the Sahana Apartments. We are up on the fourth floor in Flat 405. It’s in Block-B on B.B. Chatterjee Road. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. The office isn't huge but we make it work. Srijan Realty has been based here for a while now. From the window, you can see a lot of the neighborhood. Kasba is always changing with new shops and houses popping up. We spend our days looking at property files and talking to people who want to buy or sell. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking things at the local municipal office. We have a few desks squeezed in and there's always someone coming in to drop off documents. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the address. People find us because we’ve been around the area for some time. We aren't a big corporate office with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the monsoons make it hard to get out to the sites, so we spend those days catching up on the filing. It’s just a regular life in a Kolkata realty office, nothing more and nothing less. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but we have the fans going.
