Srh Realtors Llp is based at 17 Tara Chand Dutta Street. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s a place with a lot of history and very narrow, busy roads. Our office is right in the middle of all that. We are a small team of realtors and we spend most of our time dealing with the local property market here. It’s a lot of work to keep track of who is selling what and where the new opportunities are. We aren't into big, flashy offices or corporate talk. We just have our space on Tara Chand Dutta Street where we handle the day-to-day business. Real estate involves a lot of patience, especially when you are dealing with older properties or complicated titles. We spend many hours just making sure the documents are right and that we aren't missing any details. Kolkata is a city where things take time, and we’ve learned to work with that over the years. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or those who have heard about us through word of mouth. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and honest. Being on this street means we are close to the heart of the city's trade areas. It’s often loud outside with all the rickshaws and people, but inside we just focus on getting the real estate work done. It’s a steady job and we try to do it as well as we can every day.
