Sravai Hearing Aid Clinic

We are located at 32 Bhupen Bose Ave. It’s an old part of the city, and our clinic, Sravai Hearing Aid Clinic, fits right in. The building has been there for years, and we’ve occupied our space for a good stretch of that time. There’s always a lot of activity on the street outside with trams and buses rattling past. Inside, it’s a lot quieter. We have a few rooms where we do our work and a small area for people to sit. It’s not a modern, glass-walled office. It has high ceilings and the kind of character you only get in Kolkata. We keep our equipment clean and our records in order, even if the shelves are a bit crowded. Most of the people who come to see us live in the neighborhood. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone’s cousin or neighbor told them about us. We drink plenty of tea throughout the day and chat with the people who drop by. It’s a relaxed pace, though we take the work seriously. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure people can hear a bit better when they leave. It’s a practical, local business that’s been part of the street for a long time, and we plan to stay that way for as long as we can keep the doors open.
