We operate out of an apartment in Baguiati, specifically Madhu Apartment on Dakshin Para Road. It’s on the second floor, flat A2. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building. It’s more like a home that we turned into a workspace. This is where we handle the business for the group. Because we are in a residential-style block, it stays a bit quieter than the main road. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms and files stacked up in the corners. It’s a bit cramped, but it keeps our costs down. We do all sorts of management and planning from here. Most of the day is spent on the phone or answering emails. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the work done right. Baguiati is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always a bit of life outside the window. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors don't mind us much. We aren't a big corporate machine. We are just a small team trying to keep the different parts of the company moving in the same direction. It’s honest work and we don’t feel the need to dress it up. If you need us, you just come up to the second floor and knock. We’re usually there until late. We try to be helpful whenever someone calls.
