If you head down Sisir Bagan Road in Behala, you'll find us at number 25/8. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, though Kolkata traffic is always something else. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time. Mostly we deal with overseas stuff, which means a lot of checking documents and making sure everything matches up. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we need. We have some heavy desks and a couple of ceiling fans that have been spinning since before I started here. We aren't a huge operation, just a handful of folks who know the business. We spend a lot of time on the phone with people from all over. Sometimes the humidity in Kolkata makes the paperwork curl a bit, which is annoying. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. People just come in, do what they need to do, and leave. We’ve got a small kitchen in the back where we make chai. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the folders lying around, but we know where everything is. We just try to keep things simple and honest. Being in the 700034 area for so long means we know most of the neighbors. We’re just a local business trying to keep our heads down and do the work right. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we get it done eventually.
