S.P.Projects

We are situated in Vill-Kora Babupara in the northern part of Madhyamgram. Our office for S.P.Projects is right in the middle of a residential area, so it feels very much like a home office. We’ve got our post office at Kora Chandigorh, which is where all our mail goes. The setup here is pretty simple and doesn’t have any of that corporate feel you might find in the center of Kolkata. We just have a few rooms where we manage our daily business. There’s usually someone around to answer the phone or talk to anyone who walks in. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and making sure our projects are on track. Madhyamgram is a busy suburb, and there’s always something happening outside on the street. We’re not far from the station, so it’s easy enough for us to get around when we need to. We don’t really believe in using a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just work on our projects and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, but we’ve got a good routine. The office is often full of paper and tea cups, which is a sign that we’re actually getting things done. We like the local vibe here and the fact that we can just be honest with everyone we deal with. It feels like a real place.
