We’ve been over here on Health Institute Road for a while now. Most people know Mr. Dharmabrata Debnat around the neighborhood. It’s a busy spot in Dum Dum Cant, especially when the traffic gets heavy near the station. We open the doors early every morning. Some days it’s quiet, and other days everyone is rushing. Kolkata weather is what it is, either it’s too hot or it’s raining hard enough to flood the lane. We just keep the files moving and handle the paperwork as it comes in. It isn't anything fancy. Just a small office with a few desks and some old chairs. We’ve got the address at 90-Health Institute Road and that’s where you’ll find us most of the week. Sometimes the tea stall next door is the best part of the afternoon. We don’t really do much social media or anything like that because we are too busy working. Usually, we just answer the phone and try to help whoever walks in. People stop by to ask directions sometimes because of the health institute nearby. We just do our bit. It’s a plain place, nothing to write home about, but we’re here. Most of us have lived in Kolkata our whole lives so we know how things work here. It’s loud, it’s crowded, but it’s home for Spml. That’s about all there is to say about us. We just keep on going day by day.
