You can find us at 41D Diamond Harbour Road, which is a pretty well-known part of Kolkata. The traffic outside is almost always heavy, but once you step inside our place, it gets a bit quieter. We’ve been at this address for some time now, and we’re quite settled into the neighborhood. The building is an older one, typical for this part of the city, with high ceilings and thick walls that keep the heat out a little bit. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or modern furniture. It’s just a place to work. Most of our day is spent handling the usual S.P.M.L. business, whatever that happens to be at the moment. We drink a lot of tea and talk about what needs to get done before the day ends. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it hard to get to the office because the road gets a bit flooded, but we usually manage. We aren’t really interested in the corporate way of doing things. We prefer to keep it simple and just deal with people directly. There isn't a big team here, just a few of us who know the ropes. We handle our accounts and our clients without any fuss. It’s a practical setup for people who just want to get their work finished and head home to their families. That’s how we’ve always operated here in the 700027 area.
