We are located in the Mercantile Building, right in Block A at 9A Lal Bazar Street. It’s a busy part of the city, and the building itself has a lot of history. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. Our focus is mainly on industrial filtration. We deal with air and liquid filters for all sorts of machines. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about, but it’s necessary for a lot of factories. My desk is usually buried under technical drawings and order forms. We have a small team here, and most of us have been around for years. The traffic on Lal Bazar Street can be a nightmare for our delivery trucks, but we’ve learned to work around it. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big marketing budget. Usually, people find us because they need a specific filter and someone told them we could get it. We just try to keep the inventory straight and the orders moving. Some days are quite hectic with phone calls, while others are just us catching up on paperwork. We aren't doing anything fancy, just trying to provide the right filters so our customers' equipment doesn't break down. If you come by, just look for the name on the door in Block A. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but we’re there.
