We operate out of a flat in Radha Niketan on Rowland Road. It’s a residential-feeling street, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a typical corporate building. We deal with various types of equipment, and our day-to-day usually involves talking to suppliers and making sure our customers are getting their orders. The space is a bit tight because we have files and equipment manuals stacked up everywhere. It’s just how we work. We’ve been in this Kolkata neighborhood for a while, and we like the pace here. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. We handle a lot of inquiries over the phone and via email. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once, but we've learned how to handle the rush. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just know our equipment and we know where to find what people are looking for. It’s a practical business run by people who have been in the industry for years. We value being able to give someone a straight answer when they ask about a piece of machinery. It’s just us doing our bit every day, making sure the paperwork is done and the equipment gets to where it needs to be without too much delay. We like to keep things simple and honest here.
