You’ll find us over at 59/4/A, Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road in the Kolkata-8 district. South City Projects Kolkata Ltd. has been operating from this spot for quite a while now. The building is a bit older, which gives it some character, though the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We aren't too worried about the looks of the place as long as the work gets done. It’s a busy street and there is always a lot of energy outside. Inside, it’s just us handling the daily grind of project management. We have a simple way of doing things. We don't have fancy lunches or long presentations. Usually, we just sit around the main table and talk through what needs to happen next. It’s a very practical environment. We have our fair share of cluttered desks and tangled computer cords. That’s just the reality of a working office. Being in this part of Kolkata means we are right in the middle of everything. We don't put on airs or try to sound like a big corporation. We are just a group of people who know their jobs and show up every day to do them. It is a straightforward operation and we like it that way. We've been part of the neighborhood for years and plan to stay. There is always something to do.
