Soumya Clinic

Our clinic is located at 26, Block B on Bangur Avenue Road. It’s pretty easy to spot because we are right opposite the SBI Bank. If you know that bank, you know where Soumya Clinic is. This part of Kolkata 700055 is usually quite lively. We’ve been operating out of this building for a good bit of time. It’s not a very large place, just a few rooms where the doctors sit and a small area for patients to wait their turn. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when several families come in at once. We don't have fancy air conditioning in every single corner, but it stays cool enough. Most of our patients live within walking distance in Bangur. We see a lot of common coughs, fevers, and the usual stuff that goes around the neighborhood. The front desk is just a simple wooden table with files stacked up. We still use paper records for a lot of things because it’s what we’re used to. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. The stairs leading up can be a bit steep for older folks, so we try to help them when we see them coming. There isn’t much to say about us other than we are a local clinic doing our daily work. We aren't trying to be a big medical center. Just a place for the community to get looked at when they feel unwell. We've been part of this block for years.
