Sonodyne Electronics

We are located at Santosh Roy Road in Kolkata, specifically in Flat B3 of Sumangalam Apartments. Sonodyne Electronics is a small setup. We don't have a big storefront on the street with neon signs. Instead, we work from this apartment space. It’s a bit of a climb up, but it’s a good spot once you get here. Most of our day is spent with screwdrivers and soldering irons. We handle a lot of electronics repairs and assembly. The living room area of the flat has been converted into a workbench area. There are wires running across the floor sometimes, so you have to watch your step. We’ve been in this part of Kolkata for quite a few years now. The neighbors are used to us and the occasional beep of a machine being tested. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything. Most days I’m just in a t-shirt trying to figure out why a particular board isn't working right. It’s a quiet life, mostly. We get our supplies from the local markets and try to keep things running smoothly. When things get busy, we might have boxes stacked up near the entrance, but we try to keep it organized enough to work. It’s just a small, local electronics shop run out of a home-like environment. We just worry about getting the job done and making sure things work before they leave our hands. It is just us doing our job.
