You can find Sokarealtor Private Limited over at Tower 7 in the Urbana complex. Our unit is 1801, so we are way up there on the 18th floor. It is part of the East Kolkata Township, right by the EM Bypass. The Urbana area is quite large, so it took us a little while to get used to the layout when we first moved in. Being near the bypass is handy for getting around the city, though the traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours. From the 18th floor, you can see quite a lot of Anandpur and the surrounding township. We handle a lot of different realtor tasks from this office. It is a modern building, but our actual office feels quite lived-in and functional. We have got our computers set up and shelves full of folders. The team here is small, and we have been working together for a while. Usually, the mornings are for catching up on emails and the afternoons are for meetings or visiting sites. It is a busy life, but being based in Tower 7 makes it a bit easier to stay organized. We do not have any big slogans or fancy mission statements. We just show up and do the work that is expected of us. It is a good spot for us to be in, and the view definitely helps when we are having a long day.
