Our place is located at 69/1/1 Chetla Road, which is a busy area where you can always hear the sound of traffic and people going about their business. We deal with agricultural products, so the warehouse often smells like seeds, soil, and dried goods. It’s a very grounded kind of work, literally. We spend a lot of our time moving bags around and checking on the inventory that comes in from the farms. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of old desks and a computer that’s a bit slow. We don't have fancy glass partitions or anything like that. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, making sure the orders are ready for the trucks. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time navigating Chetla Road because it gets so crowded, so we spend a lot of time out on the pavement directing traffic or waiting for a delivery to arrive. It’s physical work and your hands usually get a bit dirty by the end of the shift. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that’s about the extent of our kitchen. We don't put on any acts here; it’s just a straightforward operation. We handle the agrotech side of things as best as we can from this little spot on Chetla Road. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s a steady one and we are fine with that.
