Over on Rabindrapath, you’ll find us at Smart Steps Consultancy. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us working in a modest office. We spend most of our time helping people with their paperwork and giving advice on different business matters. People come to us when they're confused about how to get things started or when they need someone to look over their plans. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and going through documents. Rabindrapath is a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Our office is usually quiet, except for the sound of the printer and us chatting about the latest regulations. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just the essentials we need to get through the day. We’ve been here for a while and most of the people who come to see us are from around the neighborhood. We don’t use a lot of jargon or complicated talk. We just explain things in plain English so everyone understands what needs to be done. It’s steady work. We open the doors in the morning, make some tea, and start looking through the files. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. It’s just a normal office where we try to be useful to those who drop by with their questions and folders.
