We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group, and we like it that way because we can actually get to know the people we work with. The work we do is mostly about keeping things organized and making sure the numbers add up. It’s not the kind of thing people write books about, but it’s important. Kolkata can be a loud and busy place, but Lake Road feels a bit different. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this neighborhood while we’ve stayed put. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Most of our clients come to us because their fathers or grandfathers worked with us. It’s all about those long-term connections. We don't use fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and paper still work best for certain things. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and going through a stack of folders.
