Site Trainee

We started Site Trainee here in Mig-I-527, P.M.Palem because we noticed people needed a hand getting used to site work. It is mostly just us working out of this spot in Visakhapatnam. We spend a lot of time on our feet and talking to people who are just starting out. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular place where we keep our gear and meet up before heading out. Sometimes the traffic in P.M.Palem gets a bit much, but we manage. We’ve been around for a while now, just doing what we do. It’s quiet enough around here to get some planning done. Most days, we are out and about, but this is where everything starts. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the area well. It feels good to be based in Vizag. People know where to find us if they need to drop something off or ask a quick question about site stuff. We keep it simple. If you walk past the Mig-I-527 block, you might see our sign or just a couple of us loading up a bag. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help folks learn the ropes on a construction site. It gets dusty and hot, but that is part of the job. That's pretty much who we are and what goes on here every day.
