Sintex Industries Ltd Plastics Division

We are based over at 230 A on AJC Bose Road, which most people around here still call Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani. This plastics division part of Sintex Industries Ltd has been around for a good bit. It’s a busy area of the city, and our building fits right in with the rest of the offices and shops. We spend our days dealing with a lot of plastic products, mostly for industrial use. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on shipments that are supposed to arrive. The office isn't anything special, just some desks and a lot of samples lying around on the floor. People come in and out all day long. Sometimes the lifts are slow, which is a bit of a pain when you're in a hurry to get to a meeting. We just try to get the orders processed without too many mistakes. It’s a lot of coordination between the warehouse and the clients. The traffic on AJC Bose Road is always a nightmare, so we try to get things done early before it gets too crazy outside. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone pretty much knows what they’re supposed to do. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work. We see a lot of the same faces coming through the door month after month. Usually, there’s some tea being passed around at some point in the afternoon. It’s just a regular workplace doing regular things.
