Singhvi International

Up on the fifth floor of the Vasundhara building at 2/7 Sarat Bose Road, things are usually pretty steady. Singhvi International has been in this office for a good while. Sarat Bose Road is a busy place, but being up on the fifth floor helps cut out some of the street noise. The office has big windows that let in a lot of light, which is nice during the afternoon. We have a lot of files and ledgers stacked up because we still like to keep physical copies of things. The carpet has a few stains from spilled coffee over the years, but we don't mind much. It’s just a few of us here handling the daily operations and answering the phones. We have an old clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly when the room is quiet. Getting the elevator can take forever during the lunch hour when everyone in the building is moving at once. We usually take turns going down to get snacks or tea from the vendors on the street. It’s a standard office setup with wooden desks and some old swivel chairs that have seen better days. We don't go in for anything too modern or flashy. It’s just a place to get the work done and stay organized. The view from room 505 shows a lot of rooftops and the tops of the trees lining the road, which is nice when you need a break.
