It is always loud outside with all the traders and laborers moving goods around. We are right in the middle of all that chaos. The office itself is a bit of an escape from the noise, though you can still hear the horns honking. We have a lot of history in this building. It is not modern by any means. The wooden floors creak and the windows are old. But it is a solid place for us to manage our projects. We don't have any fancy elevators or air conditioning in the hallways. We just have our workspace where we keep our records and plan our schedules. Most people who come to see us are used to the Burra Bazzar way of things. We just do our work and don't worry about being fancy. It is a very practical location for being in the center of trade in India. Sometimes the electricity cuts out when the load is too high in Burra Bazzar, but we just wait it out or use our lamps. We've been at 26 Shiv Thakur Lane so long that we don't even notice the climb.
