We are Simplex Infrastructures Ltd., and you can find our office over at 14/31 East Mall Road in Puspak Nager. This part of Kolkata, near the 700080 pin code, is where we handle the day-to-day business of construction and infrastructure. The street can get pretty busy, and finding a parking spot is always a bit of a challenge in the mornings. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some old cabinets for all the project files, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. It isn't a place for showing off; it's a place for working. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. Usually, there's a stack of blueprints on the main table that someone is always looking over. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the summer months here. We’ve been part of the Puspak Nager community for a while now. Most people around here know us as the folks who are always busy with some project or another. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you walk in, you'll probably just see someone typing away or drinking a cup of chai while looking at a schedule. It’s just how we operate—nothing too complicated, just keeping things moving on the East Mall Road. We like being right here where the action is.
