Our place is called Saptak, and you can find us at 528/8 B.C. Road, right near the Rifle Ground in the Behala area. This part of Kolkata is always packed with people and traffic, especially around the 700034 pin code. The office is located in a residential-style building, which is very common for this neighborhood. It is not a modern glass tower, just a regular brick and concrete building that has been here for many years. We are on the lower floors, so we hear all the noise from the street and the local vendors. The rooms inside are a bit tight because we have so many files and old records stored away in boxes. We have a small group of people working here on the various projects the company has in the city. There is a ceiling fan in every corner and plenty of old wooden furniture that has seen better days. It is a bit like a maze inside with all the desks and cabinets squeezed together. We do not have a front desk or a receptionist; usually, whoever is not on the phone just goes to see who is at the door. The walk to the main road takes a couple of minutes, and there are lots of little shops nearby where we get tea. It is a very lived-in space and we are comfortable getting our work done here.
