Simplex Infrastructures Ltd.

We are located on the second floor of Mira Apartment. It’s in Deshbandhupara, right near the P.O. for Siliguri Town. Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. has been using this space as a hub for the Darjeeling district for a bit now. It’s a typical apartment building, so it’s got a bit of a lived-in feel. We’ve got desks where the dining table used to be and plenty of filing cabinets. The stairs can be a bit of a workout, but it keeps us moving. From the balcony, we can see the street life below, which is always busy. We handle the local logistics from here, making sure the mountain projects get their supplies on time. Siliguri is the gateway to the hills, so things can get pretty hectic with the traffic. We don't have a receptionist or anything; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We aren't looking to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to get the paperwork right and keep the engineers happy. It gets a bit chilly in the winter, so we drink a lot of tea while we go over the blueprints. It’s a simple setup for a crew that doesn't need much to get the job done. We just show up, do the hours, and head home like everyone else. There is always a stack of papers to sign and someone coming in with a question about a site.
