Simplex Infrastructures Ltd.

Our office for Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. is tucked away at Flat No-S1 B/5 in Ramgarh, right near the Naktala post office in Kolkata. It’s a typical Kolkata neighborhood, a bit crowded and always lively. We like being here because it feels like we are part of the local community. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some old wooden desks and chairs that have been with us since we started. It isn't the kind of place where you’ll find modern art or fancy carpets. Instead, we have shelves full of project folders and technical manuals. During the monsoon season, the streets outside can get a bit flooded, so we sometimes have to shuffle our schedules around. It’s just part of life here. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours. We prefer to just have a quick chat, figure out what needs to be done, and then get to it. Our team is made up of people who have been doing this for a long time, so we don't need a lot of rules. We focus on the practical side of building things and making sure the supplies arrive where they are supposed to. It’s often noisy and a bit chaotic, but we wouldn't have it any other way. If you come by, you might have to step over a few boxes of files, but we’ll always find a place for you to sit. It’s just a regular workplace doing regular work.
