We are based out in the Bankura District, specifically over at the MTPS in Mejia. It is a bit far out for some people, but it’s where the work is. Working near a power station means there is always something going on. The landscape here is quite different from the big cities. It's a bit more rugged, and you have to be prepared for the elements. We deal with the foundation and the structure of things. It’s heavy work that requires a lot of patience. Our team here is used to the local pace. We aren't rushing around trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the concrete is poured right and the steel is where it needs to be. The office is small and mostly filled with files and old boots. We’ve been part of the landscape here for a while now. Some days are long, especially when we’re trying to finish a specific phase of a project before the weather changes. We have our fair share of challenges, like getting supplies delivered to this part of Bankura on time. You learn to plan ahead and have a backup plan for when things don't go as expected. It is a straightforward life. We take pride in seeing a project come together from nothing but a patch of dirt. It’s what we do, and we’ve been doing it a long time.
