In Kolkata, we have this spot at GB-88 in Narkel Bagan. It is right on Raj Danga Main Road, which is a place most locals know pretty well. The traffic there can be a real headache during the monsoon season when the roads get a bit flooded, but we still make it into the office every day. Simplex Infrastructures Ltd has a lot of history in West Bengal, and this office is part of that. It is a basic setup with some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because the work we do is all about building things out in the field. The Raj Danga area has grown a lot lately, and there are more shops and stalls popping up around us all the time. You can hear the sounds of the city right through the windows. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of keyboards clicking and people discussing project budgets. We have a lot of files stored in big metal cupboards that take up most of the wall space. It is a practical environment where the focus is on getting the job done. Sometimes we go out for a quick snack at the roadside shops nearby. It is just a normal day-to-day operation where we keep track of materials and manpower. There isn't anything special about the building, but it serves its purpose for us.
