We are Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, and you can find us on Exhibition Road in Patna. It is one of the busiest parts of the city in Bihar. If you know Patna, you know how crowded and loud Exhibition Road can get. Our office is right in the middle of all that. We handle a lot of the regional work from this location. It’s an old building, and the rooms are filled with stacks of documents and old ledgers. We don't spend much money on making the place look pretty. We’d rather spend that on the equipment we use at the sites. The traffic outside is constant, with horns honking all day long. We just block it out and focus on the blueprints. The staff here is mostly local, and we’ve seen the city change a lot over the years. Construction in Bihar has its own set of challenges, like the monsoon rains that turn everything into mud. We deal with it one day at a time. There is always someone coming in with a concern or a delivery note. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't use a lot of big words or have fancy meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and try to do it. That’s how it works for us on Exhibition Road. We've been here for many years now, and the routine hasn't changed much even as the city grows around us.
