Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few old computers, and shelves full of project files. We spend a lot of time talking to the workers and coordinating the materials. It gets humid here, so we usually have the windows open and the fans going full blast. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have lived in South Kolkata our whole lives. We don't use much fancy language; we just talk about what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes we share snacks in the afternoon and complain about the heat or the latest road repairs. It’s a very local feel. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just focus on the infrastructure tasks and make sure everything is moving along as it should. The neighborhood is friendly, and we’ve been at this address for quite a while now. It’s just a normal workplace with people who care about doing their job without any extra fuss. It’s how we’ve always done things here.
