Simplex Infrastructures Ltd

Located at 4/20E, Bejoygarh, this is one of our Kolkata spots. It’s deep in the residential parts of South Kolkata, so the vibe is quite different from a downtown office. The building is a typical older Kolkata structure with high ceilings and some quirky corners. We are Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, but here it feels more like a local hub. There’s a lot of talk about cement, steel, and timelines every single day. The office is often cluttered with site samples or old blueprints that haven't been filed away yet. It’s a bit messy, but we know exactly where everything is. We don’t have a big shiny nameplate or a fancy entrance. You just walk in and see people busy at their desks. The neighborhood is full of life, and sometimes the sounds of the local market nearby drift in. We like it here because it’s real. There’s no pressure to look like a high-end firm. We just focus on the projects we are responsible for. Most of us take the bus or an auto to get here, and we usually eat our tiffin together in the afternoons. It’s a practical workspace where we deal with the nuts and bolts of the business. We don't try to make things sound better than they are; it’s just hard work, lots of tea, and keeping track of the sites until the day finally ends.
