Simplex Infrastructures Limited

Running a business from Madhuraj Appt in Sector 19 has its own rhythm. Simplex Infrastructures Limited is based out of Flat 604, and it’s a standard setup. We aren't into those glass buildings you see in the city center; this is more of a home-base for our operations here in Navi Mumbai. Plot No. 125 is where we spend most of our mornings, sorting through plans and making calls to sites. The Kharghar heat can be a lot, but the office stays decent. We’ve got a small team here. It’s mostly just keeping the wheels turning and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. We don't have a big reception desk or coffee machines that do everything. Just some chairs, tables, and the work we need to finish. Living and working in the same general area makes things easier for us. We know the local shops and the guys downstairs. It feels more like being part of the neighborhood than just being another company. Sometimes we have to move stuff around to make room for new drawings or equipment, but we manage. It is a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve been here long enough that the address is basically a second home. It’s practical, it’s local, and it works for what we do.
