Simplex Infrastructures Limited has its roots at 300/1 Maharaja Nanda Kumar Road (South). That’s in the Baranagar area of Kolkata, 700036. This has been our permanent address for quite some time now. We’re deep in the heart of West Bengal here. Our daily life is all about the construction business. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or making the office look perfect. It’s a place where work happens. You’ll see a lot of worn-out boots and dusty jackets around our place because we spend a lot of time out where the actual building is going on. We handle the structural stuff that most people don't think about twice. It’s not glamorous, but it is necessary. We’ve got a core group of staff who have been here forever, and we work more like a family than a big company. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just know what we need to do when we wake up. Baranagar is a busy place, and we fit right in with the noise and the movement. We take things one day at a time. If there's a problem on a site, we go out and fix it. That’s pretty much the whole story for us. We just keep building and moving along. It’s about getting the job done without a lot of fuss or unnecessary chatter in the office or on the worksite.
