You can find our office tucked into the Anupama Housing Complex right on VIP Road. If you know Kolkata, you know how packed that road gets with traffic at almost any hour. We have been working out of this location for a while, focusing on the infrastructure needs of the region. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the right people and the right machines are at the right site. Building stuff isn't always pretty. There is a lot of noise, dirt, and dealing with paperwork that never seems to end. Our team stays busy with everything from foundations to structural work. We don't put on airs or act like we are something we aren't. We are just a group of people who understand how to get a building up or a road laid down. The humidity in Kolkata can make the outdoor work pretty draining, but the crew is used to it by now. We spend more time on-site than we do in the office anyway. It is practical work for practical people. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just look at the plans and try to get the project finished without too many delays. Every morning starts with a lot of tea and a lot of planning for the day's challenges on VIP Road. It is a grind, but we have been doing it long enough to stay steady.
