We are based over in Adarshapara, right near the post office in East Bidyadharpur. It is a bit quieter out here in the North 24 Parganas compared to the big city, but we still keep a very busy schedule. Working in infrastructure means we are always dealing with the land and the local weather. Around here, the monsoon can really slow things down, so we have to plan around the rain a lot. Our team is mostly local people who know the area well. We do the heavy work, the digging and the building that most people don't really think about until it’s finished. It involves a lot of muddy boots and long hours on site. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to polish up our image. We just have our tools and our experience. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to store files and meet before we head out to wherever the project is that day. It is honest work, even if it’s tiring. We’ve been part of the landscape here for a while, just getting on with the job of building things. Every day is different, depending on what the ground is like or what materials showed up on the truck. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a lot of physical effort, but seeing a project slowly take shape makes the long hours feel worth it.
