Simplex Infrastructures Limited

Our office at 3/1 Azad Garh is tucked away in a part of Kolkata that has a lot of history. It’s near Regent Park, and for those of us at Simplex Infrastructures Limited, it’s a familiar place to start the day. The building is older, with high ceilings and fans that have seen better days, but it serves us well. We aren't the type of company that spends a lot on a polished image. We’d rather spend that time making sure the structural details on our projects are handled correctly. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed, even when we’re busy. You’ll hear a lot of Bengali being spoken and the constant clicking of keyboards. We have a lot of files from past projects stored away in big steel cupboards, and the walls are covered with old maps and project schedules. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, especially when the field engineers come in for meetings, but we make it work. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room; you just walk in and see us working. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is a nice change from the busier parts of the city. We appreciate the stability of being here. It’s just a regular office where we do the heavy lifting of planning and administration. We keep things simple, focus on the day’s to-do list, and go home.
