Simplex Infrastructures Limited

Down at 3, Deoralia Road in Howrah, we’re located in Flat No.-104. It’s right near Belur Math, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. Working for Simplex Infrastructures Limited in this part of West Bengal means dealing with a lot of noise and a lot of movement. The office itself is in a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like those cold, glass-fronted offices you see in movies. It feels more like a home that’s been turned into a workspace, which we actually quite like. There’s a kitchen where we make our own tea, and the balcony gives us a view of the busy street below. We’re often juggling calls between site supervisors and suppliers, so the phone is always ringing. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait or talk about the local football scores until it comes back on. It’s a very human way to work. We don't have a marketing team here or anyone telling us to use corporate buzzwords. We just talk like normal people and do what needs doing to keep the projects on track. The proximity to the river makes the air feel a bit different, and we appreciate the location despite the chaotic traffic. It’s just our little hub for managing the big construction jobs that keep this region growing.
