Simplex Infrastructures Limited

We’ve got our office at 16/1, Nandalal Bose Lane in the Baghbazar area. It’s an old part of Kolkata, and our building fits right in. Simplex Infrastructures Limited has been around this neighborhood for a good while. The office isn't anything special to look at. It has high ceilings, old fans, and plenty of dust on the upper shelves where we keep the finished project files. We spend our days mostly on the phone or hunched over desks. Infrastructure isn't a clean job, so there’s usually some mud on the floor from someone coming back from a site visit. We like the vibe of Baghbazar. It feels authentic, just like we try to be. We don't use corporate talk or try to act like we are some global powerhouse, even if the company is big. To us, it’s just the daily grind of making sure things are built right. We have a lot of internal debates about the best way to handle a problem, and it can get a bit loud, but that’s just how we work. We aren't polished or scripted. We are just a group of people who have been in this business for a long time. There is always a pot of tea going and some snacks on a table somewhere. It’s a real workplace for real people. We just keep doing what we do, one day at a time.
