Our spot is located at 118, Bediapara Lane in Kolkata. If you know this part of West Bengal, you know the streets can be narrow and full of life. Simplex Infrastructures Limited has had this address for some time. It is a plain building, nothing that would make you stop and stare, but it works for us. Inside, there is always someone looking for a lost pen or checking a map. We handle a lot of the local logistics from here. Kolkata is a city that never really stops, and our office feels like that too. We aren't interested in looking like a shiny corporate headquarters. Most of our furniture has seen better days, and there are probably too many tea cups sitting around on the desks. We just show up, do the hours, and try to make sure everything at the sites is moving along. It is practical work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the heat gets to us, but we keep at it. People in the lane know us by now. We don’t put on airs or try to impress anyone with big words. We are just a team of workers who understand how to put things together. It is a bit loud sometimes with the traffic outside, but it feels like home to us. That is basically who we are, just people working in a busy city.
