Simplex Infrastructures Limited is based over in Howrah at 1/1 Hardutt Rai Chamaria Road. We are in the Ambika Vihar building, specifically in B Block on the 3rd Floor. Our flat number is 33. If you’re coming up the stairs, it’s a bit of a climb, but it’s good exercise. The building has been around for a while and has that classic Howrah feel to it. It’s a busy part of town near the 711 101 pin code area. You can hear the sounds of the traffic and the local markets from our windows. We have a few rooms filled with desks and cupboards full of old records. It’s not a corporate showroom; it’s a working office where we deal with the nuts and bolts of infrastructure planning. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit temperamental, so we just use the stairs instead. We’ve got a small kitchen where someone is usually making tea or warming up lunch. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. Most of our work happens away from here, but this is where we come back to sort out the details. We like being in this part of Howrah because it feels real and grounded. You see the same faces every day in the hallways. It’s just a regular office for regular people doing a job. We don't have fancy lights or modern art on the walls, just maps and project charts that actually matter to us.
