Simplex Infrastructure Ltd.

Down here in Magrahat, things are a bit different than they are in the city. Our office for Simplex Infrastructure Ltd. is right in Alida, which is easy enough to find if you know the local landmarks. Being in South 24 Parganas means we deal with a lot of different terrain, and the humidity can be a real challenge some days. We aren’t really interested in the corporate way of doing things, so we just run the place like a regular village business. The office is usually filled with the sound of old fans and people discussing the next site visit. We’ve been part of this village for a while, and the people around here are used to seeing us. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some maps of the district. We spend a lot of time out in the field and come back here to handle the paperwork. It’s a lot of manual tracking and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we always find a way to straighten it out. We just take it day by day and try to stay on top of the work we’ve been given. It’s a decent way to earn a living, and we enjoy the quiet of the West Bengal countryside when the work day finally wraps up.
