Simplex Infrastructure Ltd.

We operate out of 14/1 Turf Road, which is in the Bhowanipur area of Kolkata. This is one of the locations for Simplex Infrastructure Ltd. in the city. The building has a bit of age to it, like many things in this part of town, and we like it that way. It’s got high ceilings and a lot of character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint every now and then. We are right near the racecourse area, so it’s a familiar spot for most people in Kolkata. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and ledger books, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing here. We are just a group of people who have been working in infrastructure for a long time. Our days are filled with meetings, checking schedules, and making sure the site supervisors have what they need. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the traffic on Turf Road makes it hard for visitors to park, but we usually tell them to just find a spot nearby and walk. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s where most of the important decisions actually happen. It is an honest, hardworking environment. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do our jobs, and try to get the projects finished without too much trouble.
