Our office is on the mezzanine floor of 16 Pratap Aditya Road in the Kolkata-26 area. Because it is a mezzanine, the ceiling is a bit lower than usual, and you have to walk up a short flight of stairs to reach us. It is a compact space, but we have managed to fit in enough desks for the team and a couple of cabinets for our records. We do logistics work here, which involves a lot of coordination between different parties. Most of our day is spent talking to truck owners and checking on the status of various shipments. It is a quiet street compared to some of the main roads in South Kolkata, which is nice. We don't have a big fancy sign or a polished reception area. If you come in, you will just see us working at our desks with various papers spread out. We use a couple of old computers and the phones are always busy. It is a very practical environment. We don't have any marketing speak or big promises to show off. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have a lot of files to go through, but we are used to it by now. It is just a regular place where we come to work and do our best to keep the logistics side of things running smoothly.
