Electro Care Sales

Electro Care Sales is tucked away in the new building at 5/2B Sachin Mitra Lane. We are right near Manindra Chandra College, so there are always students and people walking around. The Shyampukur police station is close by too. We mostly deal with electronics and keeping things running. Our shop is full of gadgets, spare parts, and tools. Usually, there’s someone sitting at the back with a soldering iron trying to fix a circuit board. We sell parts too, for people who like to do things themselves. It’s a small space, but we manage to fit a lot in. The morning is usually spent cleaning the counters and checking what needs to be delivered. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the college nearby. People bring in all sorts of stuff that stopped working. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times it takes a few days. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media team. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here and people know we can help. It’s a bit cluttered in here, but we know where everything is. Running a shop like this in a busy part of town means there’s never a dull moment. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in next. It’s just us, the tools, and a lot of electronic parts waiting to be used.
