Shubash Projects & Marketing Limited is based in Kolkata, specifically in the Golf Green Urban Complex. Our office is actually a flat, building Mig 2/R/4 in Phase IV. Golf Green is a nice, green part of the city, which is a bit different from the usual Kolkata hustle and bustle. We handle projects and marketing, which involves a lot of phone calls and meetings right here in the flat. The pin code here is 700 095. We have been operating out of this residential complex for quite some time now. It gives the business a more personal feel than being in a glass tower downtown. We do not have a big receptionist or a lobby for people to sit in. Usually, it is just us at our desks working through the project lists and talking to clients. Kolkata is a city of traditions and we try to keep things simple and direct in our dealings. Sometimes the heat makes everything move a bit slower, but the tea is always hot and the work gets done eventually. We are not a massive firm with thousands of employees. We are just a dedicated group of people who like what they do. Living and working in Golf Green means we are part of a community. We do not use any fancy marketing talk to describe ourselves. We just do the work and try to keep everything moving.
