Shridhar Properties Private Limited

We are over at 63/1/C, Hari Ghosh Street. It is one of those old-school spots in the city where things feel a bit more familiar. Shridhar Properties Private Limited isn't a massive corporate machine or anything like that. Just a few of us here trying to keep things organized with local properties. The street gets pretty busy during the day, especially with the morning traffic and the local shops opening up nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just walking around the neighborhood checking on things. It’s a lot of paperwork and meeting people who are looking for a place or trying to sort out their own land. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is where we end up doing most of the talking. It’s just how it is here. We don't have fancy brochures or a lobby that looks like a hotel. It’s a workspace with desks, some old files, and usually a fan running because of the heat. People stop by, sometimes with an appointment and sometimes just because they were passing Hari Ghosh Street and remembered something they needed to ask. We try to be helpful, but we’re just regular people. The building itself has its own character, maybe a bit weathered, but it works for what we do. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, dealing with the reality of property and the different characters that walk through our door every week.
