You can find us at Shreekunj Avas Properties Llp, located on the second floor at 5 J.B.S. Halden Avenue. We’re in Shop No S2, which isn't very big but it serves us well enough. The building has been there for a while and we’ve made ourselves at home. Most days are spent dealing with the usual property stuff that comes up in this part of the city. It’s a lot of talking to landlords and looking at different sites. We aren't the type of people who wear suits every single day. We prefer being practical and getting things sorted without too much fuss. Halden Avenue is a busy stretch, and sometimes parking can be a real pain for anyone coming to visit. But once you get up to the second floor, it’s a bit quieter. We have a few desks and some old cabinets filled with records. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We just focus on what’s right in front of us. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when the weather is bad and we have to go out to look at a site. We just take it one day at a time. If someone needs to find a place, we show them what we have on the books. It’s as simple as that.
