Shree Karnidan Realty Udyog Private Limited is based out of Mani Mansion. You can find us at C-6R, which is 9/1 Lower Rawdon Street here in Kolkata. We’ve been in the 700020 area for quite some time now. It’s a nice part of West Bengal to work in. The building has a bit of history to it, and we like the feel of the place. Our office is where we spend most of our time, just going through realty deals and making sure the paperwork is in order. We don’t have any fancy marketing people or a big sales floor. It’s just a small group of us who know the local market well. Sometimes we’re out looking at sites, but usually, we’re at our desks in Mani Mansion. We try to keep things simple and direct. If someone needs help with property, they just come by and we talk it over. There’s no pressure or complicated talk. We just want to get the job done right. The street outside is usually busy, but inside it’s quiet enough to focus. We’ve helped a lot of neighbors over the years. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we enjoy being part of the Kolkata business community. We don’t need much else, just our files and a decent cup of tea to keep us going through the afternoon. It works for us.
