You can find Shivam & Co. at Plot No. Be/39 in Deshbandhu Nagar, which is over in the Baguiati area. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot going on. Our place is tucked in among other small shops and houses. We have a front area where we handle most things and a back part for storage. It’s often crowded with boxes and equipment. The streets around here are narrow, so deliveries can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We have been here for a few years and the neighbors are all pretty friendly. We start our day early, usually sweeping out the front before the sun gets too high. There’s a lot of foot traffic in Baguiati, so we see a lot of people passing by. We aren't a big firm with a lot of staff. It's just a few of us making sure everything is running okay. Sometimes the humidity makes everything feel a bit sluggish, but we keep moving. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations. Most of our desks are old and have scratches on them. It’s a practical space for practical work. If you are looking for the place, it's the one with the blue door. We spend most of our time checking inventory or talking to suppliers on the phone. It is a simple life and we like being part of the local community here.
